THIS HAPPENS CONSTANTLY I’M SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO THE RECEIVER AND NOTHING IS BLOCKING IT. Even as I'm writing this, the headset dropped six times so far and counting. Sometimes you'll know before it happens because the sound quality drop will be as if someone was underwater or talking with gravel in their mouth. The headset will run fine for an hour or two, sometimes only a few minutes, and then the sound will drop and all communication cuts off when this happens (mic cuts out because the headset literally turned off). Sound pops in and out constantly, I've ordered two of these over the past 5 years (first pair broke on accident when moving apartments) and both have the exact same problem.

+ The setup is fairly easy and comes with its own manageable software that can make macros, sound thresholds, etc. + The mic is clear and comes through effortlessly. Also, since they are refurbished Logitech will not warranty the product, so I am now left with junk. The product still looks brand new, just sad that they began failing after one year of normal use. I mainly use these at my office for skype and music, they are well taken care of and are always on a hook at the end of the day. It seems the wiring is faulty and only works when in a certain position. One year later and the right ear now loses sound sporadically. *Update * I am updating my review down to one star. I can live with the random drop outs because I mainly use these for work, and I reboot often. I don't recommend this product because of the hassle it causesĢ. Gx buttons don't really work in windows 10 rebooting computer generally fixes the connection issue for a while.Ĥ. Overall Review: To put my review in perspective, the most expensive headset I had before this one was $35, so this was a whole new category of greatness in terms of headsets. I love the color, the build quality, the features, and just everything about this headset.

Battery life seems to be about 6 hours on a full charge, which seems pretty good to me.Ĭons: I really cannot think of any. Can't have my headset dying on me in the middle of an important game! The build quality of this headset is great, seems very sturdy. Being able to actually use them while they are charging was another big selling point for me. The range on them reaches almost from one side of my house to the other. The most important of which was having a key that i could easily program to the same key as my push to talk button, so that I could chat online while away from my computer. This is the only headset I could find that had all the features I was looking for. The charging cord has an extra USB port on it to plug in the wireless dongle, so that your charging cable and wireless dongle share the same USB port instead of taking 2 from your computer. Wireless, but still function while plugged in and charging
